建立了湿型铸件凝固进程数学模型,提出了模拟湿型中水分汽化热吸收 的等效温度法。对湿态粘土砂型中纯铝铸件凝固进程进行了数值模拟和实测研究。结果表明,湿型中水分含量对铸件凝固进程有明显影响,铸件凝固时间 随湿型水分含量的增加而减少,壁厚为4cm的纯铝铸件在水分含量16%的 湿型中的凝固时间仅为在2%水分含量的湿型中的一半。
The mathematical model of the solidification process of wet castings was established and the equivalent temperature method for simulating the heat absorption of moisture vaporization in wet type was proposed. The solidification process of pure aluminum castings in wet clay sand was numerically simulated and measured. The results show that moisture content in wet type has a significant influence on the solidification process of castings. The solidification time of castings decreases with the increase of wet type moisture content. The solidification time of pure aluminum castings with wall thickness 4cm in wet type with moisture content 16% is only Half in a wet version of 2% moisture content.
