美国是一个自由竞争的市场经济国家。经过多年的发展,他们发现,完全靠自由竞争也存在一些问題。在宏观控制方面,政府必须发挥应有的作用,尤其是在新技术商品化方面。本文介绍了美国科技界对政府在新技术商品化方面所应承担什么角色提出的看法。我国目前正在深化科技体制改革,在由计划经济向市场经济过渡的过程中,究竟政府对科技发展应该做些什么,美国科技界的看法,对我们有参考作用。
The United States is a freely competitive market economy country. After many years of development, they found that there are some problems in completely free competition.
