高职院校是适应我国社会进步和经济建设而兴起并迅速发展的高等学校,主要培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务第一线的德、智、体、美全面发展的、实践能力强、职业道德好、创新精神突出的高级技术应用型人才。高职院校只有坚持以人的全面发展为目的,坚持技术教育与人文教育并重的教育理念,才能健康、持续的发展。因此,如何在新的历史时期,有效地提高高职院校学生人文素质是高职院校面临的一项新课题。
