工程造价考核的依据主要以建筑工程预结算为主,并且其在项目投标核准中也起到重要作用,工程预结算质量的好坏,直接关系到工程造价的管理和有效的控制投资的多少,具有十分重要的意义。工程造价作为建筑工程最主要的组成部分,而且为实现工程造价合理合法,成本管理尤为重要,而在此关系中,工程预算就显得举足轻重。本文以梳理建筑工程预结算跟工程项目经济效益之间的关系为重点,就当前建筑工程预算中存在的问题进行分析和总结,同时阐述了工程项目经济相关内容,最后分析建筑工程预结算对工程项目经济效益的影响。
