中国的饮食文化博大精深,长期以来一直都受到社会各界人士的关注。不同领域的学者都对其进行研究著述,虽然研究的角度、方式有所不同,但是其共同点都是强调饮食文化在社会发展中的重要性。从环境伦理学的视角研究饮食文化,对保护生态环境,走可持续发展的道路都起到了促进作用。
The breadth and depth of China’s food culture has long been the focus of the community. Researchers in different fields have studied and described them. Although their perspectives and methods are different, their common ground is to emphasize the importance of food culture in social development. Studying dietary culture from the perspective of environmental ethics has played a catalytic role in protecting the ecological environment and taking the path of sustainable development.
