超临界水堆结构材料在高温、高压以及强烈的中子辐照等苛刻的腐蚀环境和长期微小应力共同作用下,容易发生应力腐蚀开裂导致材料失效,应用于超临界水堆的主要结构材料包括铁素体/马氏体钢、奥氏体合金、镍基合金以及ODS钢。通过搜集、整理、比较国内外相关的研究成果,从原理、影响因素、评价方法等几方面对这些结构材料在超临界水中的应力腐蚀行为进行总结及评述。
Under the combined effect of high temperature, high pressure and strong neutron irradiation and other severe environmental conditions and long-term micro-stress, SCC materials are prone to material failure due to stress corrosion cracking. The main structural materials used in supercritical water reactors include Ferrite / martensitic steel, austenitic alloy, nickel-based alloy, and ODS steel. Through the collection, collation and comparison of relevant research results both at home and abroad, the stress corrosion behaviors of these structural materials in supercritical water are summarized and reviewed in terms of principles, influencing factors and evaluation methods.
