一、概况我厂常压炉是国内炼油厂中最大的立管立式炉(见图1)。该炉建于1975年,炉衬全部用耐热混凝土(喷涂施工)。由于施工质量差,年年都要修补。到了1982年,炉壁衬里总脱落面积已达50多米~2,60%的衬里在铁丝网处分层,辐射室衬里已需全部更换。但耐热混凝土从施工、养护、干燥到烘炉需一个月以上,大修期内无法完成,而用耐纤炉衬十天即可完工。于是我厂在1983年9月自行设计、施工,将该炉辐射室改成了全耐纤炉衬。通过两年来的实践,证明改造是有效
I. Overview I plant atmospheric furnace is the largest domestic vertical vertical furnace riser (see Figure 1). The furnace was built in 1975, the lining of all heat-resistant concrete (spray construction). Due to poor construction quality, should be repaired every year. By 1982, the total lining area of the furnace wall lining had reached more than 50 meters ~ 2,60% of the lining of the wire mesh layer, the radiation chamber lining has to be replaced. However, heat-resistant concrete from the construction, maintenance, drying to the oven to be more than a month, overhaul period can not be completed, but ten days with a fiberglass lining can be completed. So I plant in September 1983 to design, construction, the furnace radiation room into a fully resistant lining. After two years of practice, proof of transformation is effective
