乳胶漆是目前装饰装修应用最普遍的装饰材料之一,具有施工方便、遮盖力强、色彩丰富、耐擦洗等优点。然而在实际施工中易出现一些问题,给业主和施工单位带来困扰,下面就施工中控制质量通病谈点看法。一、质量通病的几种形式(1)透底、皱皮(大面无、小面处明显),部分涂膜出现起泡现象。主要发生在涂膜干燥过程中,或处于高温高湿条件下,墙体出现了许多大小不匀,形状不规则的突起物。(2)流坠。该通病常发生位置为喷涂后的墙面或线角的凹槽处,是由涂料流淌导致涂膜厚薄不匀而形成的,或由于墙面基层
