目的:观察倍频YAG激光治疗早期翼状胬肉的临床效果.方法:用信频YAG激光治疗35例、42眼头部尚未长入角膜的翼状胬肉.结果:42眼中39眼经2～3次光凝后,胬肉体部血管萎缩,观察6～12个月胬肉停止生长,部分头部萎缩、变薄.结论:激光光凝有明显抑制大部分早期翼状胬肉生长的作用.
