为了确保滨绥铁路营业线行车安全和减少对铁路运营的干扰,哈牡客专蚂蚁河1#特大桥跨滨绥铁路连续梁采用T型刚构转体施工工艺。转体施工,最主要是保证转动平稳,水平转体在理论上应保证转体支点两端的重量相等,以确保达到平衡状态。在转体施工中,转动体的自平衡或配重平衡对施工安全和转体顺利起着至关重要的作用,本文结合该工程转体施工实践,对称重原理及简要操作步骤进行阐述。
In order to ensure the safety of Bin-Sui Railway line and to reduce the interference to railway operation, T-type rigid-frame construction technology is adopted for the continuous beam of Binhai Sui Railway No.1 # Ant Bridge on Ha’erke Special School. Swivel construction, the most important is to ensure smooth rotation, the level of swivel in theory should ensure that the weight of both ends of the swivel fulcrum equal to ensure that the state of equilibrium. In swivel construction, self-balancing or counterweight balancing of rotating body plays a crucial role in construction safety and swiveling smoothly. In this paper, combining with the practice of swivel construction in this project, the principle of weighing and brief operation steps are elaborated.
