纵观闽台文化史,并把它置于整个闽台历史的坐标中,我们可以清楚地看到文化史发展的轨迹与移民史、经济史、政治史大体是一致的。也就是说闽台文化的演变发展是伴随着中原移民闽台以及中央王朝对闽台的统治和管辖,炎黄文化不断向该地区渗透移植,在经济发展的基础上,在本地区自然环境和社会结构的作用下,形成自己特有的面貌,成为中华文化的一派支流。
