In recent years, in response to the “conscription difficulty” issue in the society, we have taken effective measures to enhance the national defense awareness of the vast majority of citizens and have stimulated the enthusiasm of the working-class youth in joining the army. First, rely on education and strengthen the concept of national defense and military service of the whole society. Paying attention to doing a good job in national defense education and forming an atmosphere of serving the army in accordance with the law in serving the entire society is the basis for conscription work. To this end, we aim at different targets and give priority to publicity and education. For leading cadres, we use the regular seminars of leading cadres in county Party schools and the training courses for rural party members and cadres organized by the grassroots party schools to carry out training programs that correctly deal with the problem of grasping the scriptures
