介绍了60Coγ射线照射家兔不同部位诱发淋巴细胞染色体畸变及其消长规律的研究。实验分五个组:全身、腹部及盆腔受照射组、离体血照射组和对照组。剂量率为0.5Gy/min,照射剂量为3.0Gy。结果表明,γ射线整体照射家兔以及离体照射外周血诱发的染色体畸变率均高于局部照射组;腹部照射组与盆腔组相比较,其所诱发的染色体畸变率前者高于后者;γ射线全身和局部照射家兔后,诱发染色体畸变随照射后时间延长而逐渐减少
The chromosome aberrations induced by 60 Co γ -ray irradiation in different parts of rabbits and the changes of the chromosome aberrations were analyzed. The experiment was divided into five groups: whole body, abdomen and pelvic irradiation group, isolated blood irradiation group and control group. The dose rate was 0.5 Gy / min and the irradiation dose was 3.0 Gy. The results showed that the rate of chromosome aberration induced by gamma irradiation in rabbits and peripheral blood irradiation was higher than that of the local irradiation group. The former was higher than the latter in the abdominal irradiation group and the pelvic group.
