回顾《电信条例》颁布实施的十年,也是电信行业发展改革的十年,是中国电信江苏公司历经政企分开、公司化运作、转型发展、行业重组等的关键时期。可以说,《电信条例》的颁布实施对于依法规范市场经营秩序、维护电信企业和用户权益等方面发挥了重要指导作用,保障和促进了电信行业的健康、快速、有序、稳健发展。
