针对目前双卧轴搅拌机的参数确定基本建立在试验结果之上的状况,提出其合理转速的理论研究应对叶片上的物料单元分阶段进行。当物料单元处于自落状态时,通过力平衡分析,得出已知机型的合理转速范围为小于1.53 m/s,极限情况可达1.72 m/s;当物料处于挤压状态时,利用流体力学的动量方程,得出普通混凝土粗骨料粒径多种尺寸下的最小转速。综合得出该机型合理转速范围为0.906 3~1.72 m/s。理论分析结果与试验结果推荐的转速基本吻合,为搅拌机参数的确定奠定了理论基础。
In view of the fact that the parameters of the twin-shaft mixer are basically established above the experimental results, the theoretical study on the reasonable speed of the proposed two-shaft mixer should be carried out in stages. When the material unit is in the self-falling condition, the reasonable speed range of the known model is less than 1.53 m / s and the limit condition can reach 1.72 m / s through the force balance analysis. When the material is in the squeezed state, Mechanics of the momentum equation, obtained ordinary concrete coarse aggregate size of a variety of sizes minimum speed. The result shows that the reasonable speed range of the model is 0.906 3 ~ 1.72 m / s. The theoretical analysis results are in good agreement with the recommended speed of the test results, which lays a theoretical foundation for the determination of the mixer parameters.
