The “Study on Modular Perforated Bricks and Building Applications” project achievement appraisal meeting was held in Beijing in July 1993. The appraisal meeting was jointly organized by the Department of Science and Technology Development of the Ministry of Construction and the Department of Science and Technology of the State Building Materials Administration. More than 30 leaders and experts from related departments attended the meeting. The relevant leaders of the Ministry of Construction and the National Building Materials Bureau made important speeches at the opening ceremony and summing-up meeting on the current situation of China’s current reforms of the wall, land, energy, porous bricks and buildings, and their prospects.
