農垦部机关的整風运动,从四月十五日起至五月廿六日止,在傳达成都会講精神的基礎上,在鼓足干勁,力爭上游,多快好省地建設社会主义的总路綫的光輝照耀下,大談虛榮,透过業务看政治,挖思想,談理論,徹底揭露和批判了農垦工作中的各种右傾保守思想,出現了敢想、敢說、敢干的新風格。大家一致認为,談虛的好处是:方向明确,思想解放,找到了改進工作、促進農垦事業大躍進的关鍵,懂得了政治挂帅的重要意义,提高了觉悟和政治水平。
