为适应邮件内部处理“三状化”的要求,逐步改变邮件的邮袋封装方式,加快邮运集装化改革的步伐,推动邮运方式向现代化转变,山东邮政连续多年开展了省内二级干线邮路的集装化改革工作,省内主要干线汽车邮路实现了集装化运邮。泰安、淄博两市局试行区内集装化运邮;泰安市局还实施了县内邮路的散装化运邮,支局出口邮件实行散件与邮车交接。
