金融危机下风电发展形势大好,风电定价制度急需完善。文章通过剖析我国风力发电侧现行上网定价方式及存在的主要问题,借鉴国内外实践经验,改进现有风电发电侧招标定价机制及试点的固定电价制度,提出了符合我国实际情况的风电市场发电侧定价机制及定价方法的设计方案。
Under the financial crisis, wind power development situation is very good, and the pricing system of wind power needs urgent improvement. By analyzing the existing online pricing methods and main problems in wind power generation side of our country, this paper draws lessons from practical experience at home and abroad, improves the existing bidding pricing mechanism of wind power generation side and pilot fixed tariff system, and proposes a wind power market that meets China’s actual conditions Pricing mechanism and pricing method design.
