在学校体育工作整个运行机制中,体育教研组的工作效率高低也起着举足轻重的作用。为了加强学校体育教研组的建设和管理,进一步提高学校体育工作及体育教学质量,我们曾在全县范围内开展了争割县级“先进体育教研组”竞赛活动。具体做法是: 一.制订评比条件和细则根据中小学的实际,我们从教书育人、体育课质量、群体活动、场地器材、教研活动、教研组的工作计划和经验总结及同志问的团结协作等方面制订了评比条件和细则。尔后,召开全县申小学体育教研组长会议进行学习。并将评比条件、细则、自查评分表下发各校。二、加强平时考核工作根据评比条件规定:先进教研组的产生采取学校自评和县复评相
