变速箱齿轮热处理工艺一般以渗碳淬火为主,该工艺中有许多影响热处理变形的因素,如油温、渗碳温度、渗碳时间和淬火温度等。采用正交试验方法合理安排试验方案,对试验数据进行统计分析,选出最佳的渗碳淬火工艺参数,效果良好,变形稳定。通过试验比较了不同热处理设备对变形的影响规律,找到不同设备对变形的影响差异。
Gearbox heat treatment process generally carburizing and quenching, the process there are many factors that affect the deformation of heat treatment, such as oil temperature, carburizing temperature, carburizing time and quenching temperature. Orthogonal test method is adopted to rationally arrange the test plan, and the statistical analysis of the test data is carried out to select the best carburizing and quenching process parameters with good effect and stable deformation. The influence of different heat treatment equipment on the deformation was compared by experiments, and the difference of deformation of different equipment was found out.
