目的:探讨荣欣合剂治疗病毒性心肌炎的机理。方法:除空白组外,其余组的小鼠参照NEUN等的EAM模型分别与第0天和第7天在小鼠的双侧腹股沟皮下注射肌凝蛋白,剂量为100μg/只。随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组、荣欣合剂高、中、低剂量组,以酶法检测血清心肌酶谱,测定NK细胞活性,用光、电镜观察心肌组织病理变化。结果:模型组NK细胞活性明显降低,心肌酶谱各项指标显著升高,电镜、光镜下可见心肌细胞炎性病变、灶性坏死、多变性。荣欣合剂高、低剂量组较模型组有显著改变。结论:荣欣合剂可提高NK细胞活性,降低血清心肌酶,通过调节免疫功能,减少心肌炎症反应以及对心肌坏死灶的修复作用,起到治疗心肌炎作用。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Rongxin mixture in treating viral myocarditis. Methods: In addition to the blank group, mice in the remaining groups were subcutaneously injected with myosin at a dose of 100 μg / mouse on both sides of the groin on days 0 and 7, respectively, according to NEUN et al. EAM model. Randomly divided into blank group, model group, control group, Rongxin mixture of high, medium and low dose group, enzymatic detection of serum myocardial enzymes, determination of NK cell activity, light and electron microscopy pathological changes of myocardial tissue. Results: The activity of NK cells in model group was significantly decreased, and the indexes of myocardial enzymes were significantly increased. Inflammatory cells, focal necrosis and degeneration of cardiomyocytes were observed under electron microscope and light microscope. Rongxin mixture of high and low dose group than the model group have significantly changed. Conclusion: Rongxin mixture can improve NK cell activity, lower serum myocardial enzymes, play a role in the treatment of myocarditis by regulating immune function, reducing myocardial inflammatory reaction and repairing myocardial necrosis.
