中共十八届中央委员会第三次全体会议公报指出:“实现发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民,必须加强社会事业改革,解决好人民最关心最直接最现实的利益问题,更好满足人民需求”。档案部门如何结合自身实际“解决好人民最关心最直接最现实的利益问题”?笔者认为重要的一个方面就是,档案工作服务人民群众,档案服务以群众需求为导向。一、档案工作服务人民群众的内涵与意义档案工作服务人民群众以群众需求为导向,在当前具有非常重要的现实意义。
