目的对硝酸甘油片国家药品评价性抽验中同一家药厂的295批样品的质量进行评价。方法利用灰色聚类分析法进行药品质量评价。结果该厂硝酸甘油片整体质量水平优良,仅小部分样品质量等级较低。结论通过国家药品评价性抽验工作数据的再利用可得出新的结论,应重视数据挖掘及再利用。
Objective To evaluate the quality of 295 batches of samples from the same pharmaceutical factory in the national drug evaluation sampling of nitroglycerin tablets. Methods Gray clustering analysis was used to evaluate the quality of medicines. Results The overall nitroglycerin quality of the plant is excellent, only a small part of the sample quality level is low. Conclusions New conclusions can be drawn from the re-use of the work data of national drug evaluation tests. Data mining and reuse should be emphasized.
