为探讨护士对泌尿外科手术后患者实施病人自控镇痛(patient-controlled analgesia,PCA)治疗过程中提供全面护理干预的影响,本研究将我院2014年2月至2016年2月间收治的80例泌尿外科术后患者,按照手术先后顺序划分为对照组(40例)与干预组(40例),其中对照组患者接受PCA期间常规护理措施,干预组重点进行全面镇痛干预措施。我们通过综合考虑患者满意度,患者对临床护理质量的评价及其使用镇痛泵后并发症出现情况及疼痛缓解程度等情况,对PCA治疗过程中护士提供全面护理干预的影响进行了分析。研究显示,对照组患者满意度为77.5%,干预组为95%,干预组明显高于对照组(p<0.05);对照组患者在临床镇痛泵使用指导、并发症预防、病情监测及镇痛护理等方面评分均低于干预组(p<0.05);对照组并发症发生率为15%,干预组为5%,干预组低于对照组(p<0.05);且对照组患者疼痛缓解度为70%,干预组为90%,干预组缓解较好(p<0.05),说明大部分泌尿外科患者在接受了自控镇痛泵的整体护理后对于服务表示满意,且对护理质量评价较高,并发症发生率较低,主诉疼痛改善较好。我们的研究为改善泌尿外科患者的术后护理和治疗提供了一定的临床依据。
To explore the impact of nurses on providing comprehensive nursing interventions during patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) in patients undergoing urological surgery, this study compared the effect of nurses on overall nursing interventions during the period from February 2014 to February 2016 in our hospital Cases of urinary surgery patients, according to the order of operation divided into control group (40 cases) and intervention group (40 cases), of which patients in the control group received routine nursing interventions during PCA, intervention group focused on comprehensive analgesic interventions. We analyzed the impact of providing comprehensive nursing interventions for nurses during PCA treatment by considering patient satisfaction, patient evaluation of the quality of clinical care, and the incidence of complications and pain relief after the use of analgesia. The study showed that the satisfaction rate of patients in the control group was 77.5%, the intervention group was 95%, the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group (p <0.05); control group of patients in clinical pain pump instruction, prevention of complications, (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the control group was 15%, the intervention group was 5%, the intervention group was lower than the control group (p <0.05), and the pain relief in the control group 70% in the intervention group and 90% in the intervention group, with a good remission in the intervention group (p <0.05), indicating that most urological patients are satisfied with the service after receiving the overall nursing of the controlled analgesia pump, High, the incidence of complications is lower, the chief complaint of pain to improve better. Our research provides some clinical evidence to improve postoperative care and treatment of urological patients.
