本研究用流式细胞术对４８例腮腺肿的石蜡组织块的ＤＮＡ含量进行分析，结果发现，腮腺恶性肿瘤的ＤＮＡ指数高于良性肿瘤和正常腺体，而且其Ｓ期细胞含量也较良性者明显高。并将以上两个指标结合，确定腮腺良恶性肿瘤的ＤＮＡ含量诊断标准，ＤＩ＝１．１４，Ｓ％＝１４．００％，经回代验证，８７．２５％的腮腺肿瘤仅用上述两个参数即可确定良恶性，从而为腮腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供了一种准确，客观的方法。
