本研究用流式细胞术对48例腮腺肿的石蜡组织块的DNA含量进行分析,结果发现,腮腺恶性肿瘤的DNA指数高于良性肿瘤和正常腺体,而且其S期细胞含量也较良性者明显高。并将以上两个指标结合,确定腮腺良恶性肿瘤的DNA含量诊断标准,DI=1.14,S%=14.00%,经回代验证,87.25%的腮腺肿瘤仅用上述两个参数即可确定良恶性,从而为腮腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供了一种准确,客观的方法。
