促肝细胞生长素(HGF)是一种能促进多种动物肝细胞再生的生物活性物质,自1989年以来,国内在治疗重症肝炎中开始广泛应用,并获得一定的临床效果。用于治疗慢性活动性肝炎虽然也有应用,报告较少。加之慢性活动性肝炎在乙型肝炎的治疗中有极重要的地位;我院自1993年始应用促肝细胞生长素对40例慢性活动性乙型肝炎患者进行双盲对照治疗观察。现将结果报告如下: 1 方法 1.1 病例选择:均为我院住院患者,共40例,男26例,女14例;年龄在13—56岁。按1990年全国肝炎会议修订的肝炎诊断标准,均符合慢性活动性乙
