本文研究了水溶液中甲基纤维素的超声波辐照降解反应,证实该反应具有一般的力降解特征,发现降解速率不是辐照时间的单调增函数.以水/甲酸为溶剂,在超声波辐照下制得了甲基纤维素-丙烯腈共聚物,考察了共聚过程,提供了获得水溶性共聚物的反应条件.证实所得共聚物是接枝,嵌段兼有的共聚物,共聚点主要发生在甲氧基上,共聚物是非晶态的.初步研究了共聚产物水溶液的热稳定性和抗盐性,与甲基纤维素对比,这些性能均有改善.
In this paper, the degradation of methyl cellulose in aqueous solution by ultrasonic irradiation was studied, and the reaction was characterized by general degradation. It was found that the degradation rate was not a monotonous increasing function of irradiation time. With water / formic acid as solvent, Methyl cellulose-acrylonitrile copolymer was prepared, the copolymerization process was investigated, and the reaction conditions for obtaining the water-soluble copolymer were provided.It was confirmed that the obtained copolymer was a graft-copolymerized block copolymer, the copolymerization point mainly occurred in a Oxy groups, the copolymer is amorphous.Preliminary study of the thermal stability and salt resistance of the aqueous solution of the copolymer, these properties are improved compared with methyl cellulose.
