高校党建工作由于其重要性,已经成为高校常规工作中的重心任务,纳入到高校教师绩效考核的重要条目。而对于高小学生本身,加强高校党建工作也具有十分重要的意义。本文从高校党建工作的内涵着手,分析了高校党建工作在现阶段存在的问题,结合第二十三次全国高等学校党的建设工作会议的重要内容,提出关于建设系统性高校党建工作的几点建设性建议。
Due to its importance, the party building in colleges and universities has become a key task in the routine work of colleges and universities and has been incorporated into the important items of university teachers’ performance appraisal. For high school students themselves, to strengthen the party building in colleges and universities is also of great significance.
