元认知在学生学习活动中起着重要的作用,是影响学生学业成绩的重要因素之一。在外语教学中导入元认知策略,培养学生的元认知能力,有利于打破传统教学模式,增强学生的自主性从而确保学生学习的主体地位。本文探讨了元认知理论以及如何在外语教学中导入元认知策略,指出了在外语教学中增强学生元认知策略意识的重要性。
Metacognition plays an important role in student learning activities and is one of the important factors that affect students’ academic performance. The introduction of metacognitive strategy in foreign language teaching to cultivate students ’metacognitive ability is conducive to breaking the traditional teaching mode and enhancing the autonomy of students so as to ensure the dominant position of students’ learning. This article explores the theory of metacognition and how to introduce metacognitive strategies in foreign language teaching. It points out the importance of enhancing students’ metacognitive strategy awareness in foreign language teaching.
