十八大绘就的全面建成小康社会的宏伟蓝图能否顺利实现,关键在于广大党员干部,要自觉树立学习意识。要把学习作为一种政治责任、一种精神追求。树立责任意识,每个党员干部都要勇于担当,牢固树立落实工作和抢抓机遇的责任意识,始终保持党的优良传统和作风,深入开展创先争优活动,进一步密切党同人民群众的血肉联系。严格要求自己,做到“自重、自省、自警、自励”。率先垂范,围绕中心,服务大局,狠抓落实。
The key to realizing the grand blueprint of building a well-off society in an all-round way as formulated at the 18th National Congress of the CPC is that most party members and cadres should consciously establish a sense of learning. We should study as a political responsibility and a spiritual pursuit. We must establish a sense of responsibility and every party member and cadre should bravely assume responsibility. We should firmly establish the sense of responsibility for implementing the work and seizing opportunities. We should always maintain the party’s fine traditions and style of work, carry out activities aimed at creating superior performance and further flesh and blood between the party and the people contact. Strictly require themselves to achieve “self-respect, introspection, since the police, self-encouragement.” First set an example, around the center, serving the overall situation, pay close attention to the implementation.
