如今,没有一个组织能避免变革。为应对新技术、竞争和人口压力,每个公司的领导者都在做诸如全面质量管理、流程再造以及结构重组、兼并、重建等事情。然而,这些努力很少能尽如人意。在我研究过的100多家公司中,只有不超过15家公司成功地实现了转变。
Nowadays, no single organization can avoid change. In response to new technologies, competition and demographic pressures, leaders in every company are doing things like total quality management, process reengineering and structural restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and reconstruction. However, these efforts are seldom satisfactory. Of the more than 100 companies I studied, no more than 15 companies managed to make the switch.
