简述江油发电厂5号炉系EKM-200型锅炉,1969年4月安装,1970年5月正式投入运行。锅炉主要数据额定蒸发量200吨/时汽包允许最大压力118公斤/厘米~2汽包运行压力111公斤/厘米~2过热蒸汽压力98公斤/厘米~2过热蒸汽温度535℃给水温度215℃排烟温度160℃热风温度335℃炉膛热负荷183×10~3大卡/米~3·时该炉运行一年后,发现两个问题较为严重:即结焦和竖井磨煤机击锤磨损。常常由于炉膛内大块结焦和击锤损坏而被迫停炉,严重影响了发电。针对5号炉存在的缺陷,于1971年4～5月进行了大修。大修中作了以下几项改进:1)将炉膛后墙水冷壁缩口上移(见图
