蔡某某,男,60岁。1994年8月26日入院(住院号4067)。病前半月右耳后有几枚皮疹、瘙痒,未治,4天前傍晚耕耘劳热后汗出乘凉,食梨解渴,当夜即感头晕闷胀,四肢重胀,舌僵,小便量少,症状逐日加重,头面皮疹急剧增多。入院后见面色晦暗,头右枕后、耳轮、颊及右下颏带区有芝麻至黄豆大集簇分布的淡白色疱疹,疱液清亮,周缘有轻度红晕。双耳、眼睑、面、唇与手足均可见肿胀,足背有指凹性水肿、肿胀区皮纹变浅。舌胖老淡、苔白腻厚,右脉平弦濡缓,寸盛尺弱,左沉弦濡缓,尺盛寸弱。诊断:血管性水肿(湿肿)合并右头面部
Cai Moumou, male, 60 years old. He was admitted on August 26, 1994 (Hospital number 4067). There were several rashes and pruritus after the right ear in the first half of the illness. They were untreated. They sweated out after a hard day’s work 4 days ago. The pears quenched their thirst. They felt dizzy and swollen on the night, and the limbs swelled, the tongue was stiff, and the amount of urine was small. Symptoms worsen day by day and there was a sharp increase in head rash. After admission, I saw dull complexion, pale right side herpes, head right occipital, helix, cheeks, and right lower chin in the area. There was a pale white herpes distributed from large clusters of sesame to soya beans. The phlegm was clear, and there was mild blush on the periphery. Swelling was observed in both ears, eyelids, face, lips, and hands and feet. There was a concave edema on the back of the foot and a lighter skin pattern in the swollen area. The tongue is old and pale, and the moss is thick and greasy. The right pulse is played slowly, and the inch scale is weak. The left strings are relieved and the feet are full. Diagnosis: Angioedema (wet swelling) with right head
