幼儿教育是基础教育的开端,为人的一生发展奠定基础。但随着幼儿教育改革的加速推进,幼儿园之间的竞争也日趋激烈,这对每个幼儿教师提出了挑战,同时也对现代幼儿教育提出了新的要求。因此幼儿园只有树立“以人为本”的思想,注重人力资源的开发,才能推进幼儿园的管理,促进教职工队伍的建设,最终带动幼儿园的全面发展。
Early childhood education is the beginning of basic education, laying the foundation for the development of human life. However, with the acceleration of the preschool education reform, the competition between kindergartens is getting fiercer. This poses a challenge for every preschool teacher and puts forward new requirements for modern preschool education. Therefore, only by establishing a “people-oriented” thinking and paying attention to the development of human resources can kindergartens promote the management of kindergartens, promote the construction of teaching staff and eventually promote the all-round development of kindergartens.
