住宅也称住房,是人类生存、发展和享受的基本要求之一。没有它,就像没有吃穿等一样,无论是个人和家庭,还是企业或机关,乃至社会一切正常活动便无从谈起。住宅问题,从人类社会产生的那天起就已经存在。但是,作为重大社会经济问题出现,是伴随着工业化和城市化的发展过程中才日渐突出起来的。因此,当前所谓的住宅问题,主要是城市化住宅问题。本文的重点是探讨中国城市化过程中的住宅问题。
Housing, also known as housing, is one of the basic requirements of human existence, development and enjoyment. Without it, just as it is without food and clothing, no matter whether it is individuals and families, enterprises or institutions, or even normal social activities, there is no way to talk about it. The issue of housing has existed since the day of human society. However, as a major social and economic issue, it has come to prominence with the development of industrialization and urbanization. Therefore, the current so-called housing problems are mainly urbanized housing issues. The focus of this article is to examine the housing issues in China’s urbanization.
