消化性溃疡患者的T细胞亚群状况

我们采用标记抗生蛋白链菌素生物素法（Labelledstreptavidinbiotinmethod,LSAB法），对69例消化性溃疡患者进行T细胞亚群检测，并与30例正常人的检测结果进行统计学分析比较。结果发现,溃疡病组CD值增高（P＜0．01）；CD值下降（P＜0．05）；CD／CD比值升高（P＜0．01）。标志着消化性溃疡患者有细胞免疫功能增强现象。

We detected the T cell subsets in 69 patients with peptic ulcer by Labelingstreptavidin biotinmethod (LSAB method) and compared them with the results of 30 normal people. The results showed that the CD value of ulcer patients increased (P <0.01), CD value decreased (P <0.05), and the ratio of CD / CD increased (P <0.01). Marked the patients with peptic ulcer cell immune function enhancement phenomenon.
