应用免疫组织化学技术,检测胆管癌30例,胆囊癌28例及胆道良性病变30例组织H-rasP21蛋白表达。结果表明,胆管癌30例,P21-ras阳性19例(63.3%),胆管炎及囊肿10例,P21-ras均为阴性,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。胆囊癌28例,P21-ras阳性16例(57.1%),胆囊息肉和胆囊结石20例,仅1例呈阳性,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.005)。同时研究表明,H-rasP21的阳性表达与性别、年龄无关,而与病理相一致。因此通过H-rasP21的检测对诊断及鉴别诊断胆道良恶性肿瘤具有重要的价值。
H-rasP21 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 30 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, 28 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 30 cases of benign biliary lesions. The results showed that there were 30 cases of cholangiocarcinoma, 19 cases of P21-ras positive (63.3%), 10 cases of cholangitis and cyst, P21-ras were negative, the difference was significant (P <0.005). Gallbladder cancer in 28 cases, P21-ras positive in 16 cases (57.1%), gallbladder polyps and gallbladder stones in 20 cases, only 1 case was positive, the difference between the two was significant (P <0.005). At the same time, studies have shown that the positive expression of H-rasP21 has nothing to do with gender, age, and consistent with the pathology. Therefore, the detection of H-rasP21 is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant biliary tract tumors.
