贫困与反贫困问题是当今世界面临的重大理论和实践体系。实施反贫困战略 ,首先应明析贫困的涵义、程度划分和成因类型。世界范围的贫困问题已受到前所未有的关注 ,但反贫困的行动十分艰难。中国反贫困的实践取得了举世瞩目的成就 ,但依然任重道远。广西的贫困问题在全国较为典型、严重 ,在基本完成“八七”扶贫攻坚计划后 ,巩固成果和继续攻坚都面临重大的机遇和挑战
The issues of poverty and anti-poverty are major theoretical and practical systems that the world today faces. To implement the anti-poverty strategy, we should first of all elucidate the meaning, degree and type of poverty. Poverty in the world has received unprecedented attention, but anti-poverty moves have been extremely difficult. The anti-poverty practice in China has made remarkable achievements in the world, but it still has a long way to go. The problem of poverty in Guangxi is more typical and serious in the whole country. After the basic completion of the “August 7” Poverty Alleviation Project, the consolidation of the achievements and the continued storming of the difficulties all face major opportunities and challenges
