本文介绍了步进电机细分驱动原理和感应同步器差频细分测量原理,并在此基础上介绍了感应同步器闭环变步距步进伺服系统的构成及工作原理。实验结果表明,本系统具有控制精度高、稳定性好的特点,适应高精度数控机床的要求。
This paper introduces the subdivision drive principle of stepping motor and the difference frequency subdivision measurement principle of the induction synchronizer. Based on this, the structure and working principle of the closed loop variable step stepping servo system with induction synchronizer are introduced. The experimental results show that the system has the characteristics of high control precision and good stability, and meets the requirements of high-precision CNC machine tools.
