通过运用文献资料的研究方法，对中国武术作为中国传统文化的重要组成，首先是一种文化意义上的存在和传承进行了分析。研究结果表明：在中国面临全球化的大势之下，中国武术也必须加快国际化进程，以使自己能在更大的范围内得到发展，避免走上许多优秀文明日趋式微的老路。只有将武术文化的传播作为主要的内容，才能加快中国武术的国际化进程。
By using the research methods of literature and materials, this article analyzes the existence and inheritance of Chinese martial arts as an important part of Chinese traditional culture. The results show that under the general trend of globalization in China, Chinese Wushu must also speed up the process of internationalization so as to enable itself to be developed in a larger scope and avoid the old path of many excellent civilizations. Only the dissemination of martial arts culture as the main content, to speed up the process of internationalization of Chinese martial arts.
