An individual-owned enterprise refers to an entity that is established in China according to law and invested by a natural person and whose property is owned by a natural person and an investor assumes unlimited liability for the debts of the enterprise with his personal property. According to China’s “individual proprietorship enterprise law” provides that the establishment of individual-owned enterprises should meet the following conditions: (1) investors as a natural
