我国农村发展滞后,有很多生活不好的困难群众,虽然已有一些救助措施,但看病贵、看病难问题仍非常突出,要解决贫困人口的医疗保障问题,必须在政策设计和管理制度上实现新农合和医疗保障制度的无缝衔接,推动政府救助和社会救助联动,才能够使该卫生服务的可及性得到较大幅度的提高。本文将对农村贫困人口的医疗保障现状,提出有关问题的探究,以及提出建议。
