In order to improve the leadership level and promote the development of the cause, leading cadres should carefully study the methods of leadership, strive to master the methods of leadership and be good at using leadership methods. In general, investigation, specific analysis of specific problems, taking of the mass line and grasping of major contradictions are all commonly used methods of leadership. But no matter what kind of method, can not do without learning. In this sense we can say that learning is also an important method of leadership. Comrade Jiang Zemin has repeatedly demanded that leading cadres at all levels should “study, study and re-learn.” We must not only understand it as a basis and premise for doing a good job on learning problems, but also treat it as an important method of leadership to attach importance to it and use it. In actual work, leading cadres often encounter such a situation: with the change of positions and posts, the nature, content, objects, scope of the work often changes along with it. Mao Zedong pointed out: “If a political party that guides a great revolutionary movement has no revolutionary theory, no historical knowledge and no profound understanding of actual sports, it is Impossible. ”Practice tells us that the only effective way is from the beginning of learning, starting from learning, including learning from books, learning from practice, learning from the masses, and learning from experienced comrades.
