Through the document learning of the 8th Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of Huaiyin City, the people’s communes in the city of Huaiyin have made leaps in the development of traditional Chinese medicine. In particular, remarkable achievements have been made in the promotion of acupuncture work. In order to make the treasures of the motherland medicine better serve the industrial and agricultural production, the agency started a magnificent study of acupuncture and moxibustion movement in the whole community since January this year.
