本文应用细胞杂交技术建立了分泌鼠抗人肺癌单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞系F-19,N-35,SIA-2。经14-16个月体外传代培养抗体仍稳定分泌。经用免疫组化技术对305例人肺癌组织和其它人体正常和非正常组织进行了鉴定,并探讨了这些单克隆抗体进人临床实用的潜力。
In this paper, the hybridoma cell lines F-19, N-35, SIA-2 secreting monoclonal anti-human lung cancer monoclonal antibodies were established by using the cell hybridization technique. After 14-16 months in vitro subculture antibody is still stable secretion. 305 cases of human lung cancer tissues and other human normal and abnormal tissues were identified by immunohistochemistry, and the potential of these monoclonal antibodies into clinical practice was discussed.
