通过研究IAEA(国际原子能机构)INIS(国际核信息系统)秘书处的文献收集流程与方式,借鉴其相关经验,对科技文献数据库文献收集、处理工作的新流程进行探索,提出改进建议。并通过讨论与国内大型数据库合作建库的可行性,对获取电子版文献全文和数据库建设的方式进行改进与完善,旨在提高数据库建库的工作效率,节约时间、人力成本与经费投入,为建设权威的核科技信息平台打下坚实的基础,并为国内其他科技文献数据库的建设提供参考。
Through the study of IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) INIS (International Nuclear Information System) secretariat document collection process and methods, drawing on their relevant experience, scientific and technological literature database collection and processing of new processes to explore and make recommendations for improvement. By discussing the feasibility of establishing a database in cooperation with a large domestic database, the author improves and perfects the methods of obtaining the full text of electronic documents and the construction of a database, aiming at improving the efficiency of database construction, saving time, manpower costs and funding for Building an authoritative nuclear science and technology information platform and laying a solid foundation for the construction of other domestic scientific and technological literature databases.
