改革开放以来,内蒙古阿拉善盟发生了翻天覆地的变化。观察这一历史巨变,我们不难发现:其基本前提和根本原因,是党为整个国家的巨变提供了科学的理论指导、强大的改革开放政策和市场经济发展实践环境。通过阿拉善实现经济社会成功转型与跨越,迈向科学发展快车道的外部表象,可以提炼、凝就出“顾全大局、无私奉献、坚韧不拔、艰苦奋斗”阿拉善精神。
Since the reform and opening up, Alxa League in Inner Mongolia has undergone tremendous changes. Observing this great change in history, we can easily find out that its basic prerequisite and the fundamental reason are that the Party has provided scientific and theoretical guidance for the tremendous changes in the entire country, a strong reform and opening up policy and a practical environment for the development of market economy. Through Alzheitan’s successful transformation and leapfrogging of economic and social development and its outward appearance in the fast lane of scientific development, it is possible to refine and condense the spirit of Alzhey’s spirit of “Allah good by taking the overall interests into account, contributing with diligence and perseverance.”
