目的通过正交试验,优选荷泽降脂口服液的提取工艺。方法采用HPLC法测定橙皮苷、丹酚酸B的含量,用正交试验方法确定荷泽降脂口服液的提取工艺。结果荷泽降脂口服液的最佳提取工艺为4倍量水浸渍0.5 h,水煎煮2次,每次1 h。结论该优化工艺简便易行,重现性好,可为生产提供依据。
Objective By orthogonal test, the extraction process of Heze Jiangzhi Oral Liquid is preferable. Methods The contents of hesperidin and salvianolic acid B were determined by HPLC. The extraction process of Heze Jiangzhi Oral Liquid was determined by orthogonal test. Results Heze lipid-lowering oral solution extraction process for the best 4 times the amount of water immersion 0.5 h, boiling water twice, each 1 h. Conclusion The optimization process is simple, reproducible, and provides the basis for production.
