从我国公证制度建立到现在,虽然却得了一定的成就,但仍然存在着极大的缺陷,影响了公证制度的良性发展。公证制度作为一个在陌生人社会中应对多元价值取向所造成的社会纠纷的一个重要途径其作用不可否定。现观我国现有公证制度我们会发现其缺乏完善的公证程序,公证人才流失严重,公证基础理论研究滞后等现象。为了提高我国公证制度的发展水平,我们必须针对这些问题,集多方力量来解决。因此我们必须完善公证立法,提高公证员的社会地位及其待遇,强化公证基础理论研究。
From the establishment of China’s notarization system to the present, although it has achieved some achievements, there are still great flaws that affect the sound development of the notarial system. The notary system as an important way to deal with the social disputes caused by the multi-value orientation in a stranger society can not be denied. The current concept of our existing notary system we will find its lack of a sound notarization procedures, loss of notarial talent serious, notarization of the basic theory of notarization and so on. In order to raise the level of development of the notarized system in our country, we must address these issues and set forth various forces to solve it. Therefore, we must perfect the notarization legislation, improve the social status of the notary and its treatment, and strengthen the research on the basic theory of notarization.
